This item was seen in a cellar in Lothering belonging to a desire demon. It materialized on Isabela’s boat when her sister, Irene, finally found the barbarian Tyree. It’s gateway is currently open, allowing immediate travel between the boat and Lothering, but for how long and with what consequences, one can only guess.
